Consisting of a large kitchen/dining area which includes seating for up to 14-16 persons, a two oven electric range, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, sink, fridge/freezer, undercounter fridge, dishwashers, microwave, toasters, kettles, well-equipped utensils, crockery and glasses.
The Sitting Room
A sitting room bursting with history. From the beams, to the grinding stones and pulleys; the sitting room hosts a wealth of mill features that sends you back in time. We offer two large modular sofa to seat up to 14-16 persons, a Freeview TV and DVD player, with a selection of books, DVDs and board games.
Luxurious Bedrooms
Enjoy a perfect night sleep in one of our luxurious beds. The mill can sleep up to a total of 14-16; perfect for families and groups of friends wanting to spend that quality time together in the stunning countryside.
The Milling Observatory
We have developed an extraordinary room showcasing the mill workings behind a sheet of glass. Relax and unwind in our champagne bar whilst soaking up the history of the building.
The Grounds
Directly outside of the Mill, are two secluded patio areas complete with beautiful garden furniture, our optional hot tub add-on, a large gas BBQ and views of Bradbourne Mill.
We also provide to our guests an option to take a short walk to our private paddocks. They are only a ten minute walk through our fields . The private paddocks are for Water Mill guests only, they provide a picnic benches in the woodland and by the stream. Perfect for picnics, ball games and a quick paddle!
Hot Tub Add-on
We can provide a 7 seater luxury hot tub for the property. It includes mood lighting and an ice compartment/ drinks holder attached to the side – perfect for ultimate relaxation.
